Candle Care
Q: how do I get the best burn from my candle?
A: let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn (about 2-4 hours depending on size). This prevents tunnelling and helps your candle last longer.
Q: Should I trim the wick?
A: Yes! trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent soot and large flames.
Q: Why is my candle tunnelling?
A: Tunnelling happens when the candle isn't burned long enough for a full melt pool. Longer first burns help fix this.
Q: How long should I burn my candle at one time?
A: 2-4 hours at a time is ideal. Avoid burning longer than 4 hours.
Q: How should I store my candle?
A: keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
